# LoopForge vs Shape Beats

LoopForge and Shape Beats are too close to call on the numbers: across 6 compared parameters — price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.

Both are free to download. LoopForge sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Shape Beats sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LoopForge ships an update every 6 weeks, Shape Beats every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
