# Mey vs Easy Flute

The clearest difference is rating: Mey at 5.0 against Easy Flute's 4.2. Easy Flute's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mey sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Easy Flute sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mey holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Easy Flute has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Mey ships an update every 4 months, Easy Flute every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
