# SleepWell vs TOUCH GRASS

The clearest difference is ads: TOUCH GRASS at none against SleepWell's shown. TOUCH GRASS also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks). SleepWell's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (278 vs 9). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SleepWell sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and TOUCH GRASS sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SleepWell holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SleepWell has 278 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. SleepWell ships an update every 2 weeks, TOUCH GRASS every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
