# AiPPT vs Slides

The clearest difference is ads: Slides at none against AiPPT's shown. Slides also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). AiPPT's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and review sentiment (80% vs 67%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AiPPT sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 7 days and Slides sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AiPPT holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 35 and 29 respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 80% of AiPPT's written reviews are positive against 67% of Slides's.

AiPPT ships an update every 3 weeks, Slides every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
