# Sosha vs MamaSquads

The clearest difference is ads: MamaSquads at none against Sosha's shown. MamaSquads also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Sosha's advantage is ratings volume (15 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Sosha against 5.0 for MamaSquads. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sosha has 15 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Sosha ships an update fortnightly, MamaSquads every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
