# Broffy vs Widgepets

The clearest difference is ads: Broffy at none against Widgepets's shown. Widgepets's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Broffy sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Widgepets sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Broffy ships an update every 3 weeks, Widgepets weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
