# Propelo vs ADHD Planner

The clearest difference is ads: Propelo at none against ADHD Planner's shown. ADHD Planner's advantage is update cadence (every 8 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Propelo sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per year and ADHD Planner sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Propelo ships an update every 2 weeks, ADHD Planner every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
