# Propelo vs Box

The clearest difference is update cadence: Box at weekly against Propelo's fortnightly. Box also leads on device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Propelo sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per year and Box sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Propelo ships an update fortnightly, Box weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
