# GLP 1 Tracker vs Drain Log

The clearest difference is monetization model: Drain Log at free against GLP 1 Tracker's free with in-app purchases. Drain Log also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). GLP 1 Tracker's advantage is ratings volume (125 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GLP 1 Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Drain Log sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Drain Log holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GLP 1 Tracker has 125 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
