Stop scrolling your life away. You open your phone for a minute. An hour goes by. Slow Time Club is an iPhone app blocker that helps you set screen time limits for the apps that keep pulling you back. Make room for the things you meant to do. Start a Quick Block when you need time away from distracting apps. Pick the apps and how long to block them. Use Focus Sessions for times you want to protect regularly. Schedule a block for your workday, dinner or the hour before bed, and choose which days it repeats. App Limits give each selected app its own daily allowance. When an app reaches its limit, access is blocked for the rest of the day. Choose a softer or firmer blocking mode to suit the boundary you need. Save apps in Folders to reuse them across blocks. Insights show where your phone time went, with app usage and pickup patterns over the past week or month. Get started on your iPhone without creating an account or buying extra hardware. There are no scores, streaks or leaderboards to keep up with. Slow Time Club uses Apple's Screen Time permission to block selected apps. Screen Time usage stays on your device. The app uses product analytics and purchase services; see the privacy policy for details. Lifetime access Pay once for lifetime access to Slow Time Club. No recurring subscription is required for the lifetime purchase. See the app for available purchase options and prices. Requires iOS 18 or later.
