# IDF vs RIDECRUE

The clearest difference is update cadence: RIDECRUE at every 5 days against IDF's every 6 weeks. IDF's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

IDF ships an update every 6 weeks, RIDECRUE every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
