Turn the activities in your own Strava account into GPX and CSV files for free, and see the numbers behind them: climbs, heart rate zones, pace, power and more. Everything is calculated on your iPhone. Analysis is free for the first 10 minutes of every activity; the full activity needs Strava to Data Pro. HOW IT WORKS 1. Log in to your Strava account inside the app. 2. Pick an activity from your activity list, or paste a link to an activity you can see on Strava. 3. Explore the map, stats and analysis, and export GPX or CSV. Strava shows GPS data only to logged-in users, so you log in on strava.com inside the app. Your password is never stored, and you can log out at any time. Just curious? Tap Demo (top right) to explore six sample activities without logging in. YOUR ACTIVITIES • Your activity list, newest first, with paging to older activities • Interactive route map with start and finish • Distance, moving time and elevation gain at a glance • Elevation profile and a list of every GPS point ANALYSIS (first 10 minutes free; the full activity with Strava to Data Pro) • Time & stops: moving vs. elapsed time, speed, elevation, temperature and every stop • Heart rate: five zones, TRIMP training load, aerobic decoupling and averages per km • Climbs: gain, average and steepest gradient, time and VAM for each climb, plus descents and Cat 4 to HC categories for rides • Running: grade-adjusted pace (GAP), splits, best efforts, race predictions and cadence • Cycling: normalized power, IF, TSS, W/kg, power curve and cadence. No power meter? Power is estimated and clearly marked • Skiing: pace by terrain, and runs for alpine skiing • Hiking and walking: your time vs. Naismith's rule, rest stops and the steepest 100 m • Your profile: max and resting heart rate, FTP and weight for personal zones HEART RATE FROM APPLE HEALTH (OPTIONAL) No heart rate on Strava, but your watch or chest strap saved it to Apple Health? The app can read it and use it in the analysis. Access is read-only, and the heart rate stays on your iPhone. It is left out of the AI prompt. EXPORT GPX AND CSV • GPX with coordinates, elevation and time, for maps, GPS devices and other apps • CSV with time, distance, latitude, longitude and elevation, for Numbers or Excel • Preview the file, then save, copy or share it AI TRAINING ANALYSIS (full activity with Pro) The app writes a ready-made prompt with your activity summary, per-km splits, elevation and optionally the raw GPS points. Add your question, copy the prompt and paste it into the AI assistant you already use. The app does not send your activity to any AI service. STRAVA TO DATA PRO Free: GPX and CSV export of the whole activity, map, stats, elevation, and all analysis for the first 10 minutes of any activity. Pro unlocks the analysis reports and the AI training analysis prompt for the full activity. Pro is an auto-renewable subscription: $2.99/month or $29.99/year.
