# QuickDrop vs Locklet

The clearest difference is ratings volume: QuickDrop at 126 against Locklet's 1. QuickDrop also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 4 weeks). Locklet's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QuickDrop sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Locklet sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Locklet holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: QuickDrop has 126 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

QuickDrop ships an update every 11 days, Locklet every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
