# Habit Focus vs Resolutions

The clearest difference is update cadence: Habit Focus at every 6 days against Resolutions's every 2 months. Resolutions's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Habit Focus sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Resolutions sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Habit Focus ships an update every 6 days, Resolutions every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
