The clearest difference is rating: WebWanderlust at 5.0 against What2WatchAI's 4.2. WebWanderlust also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 10 days) and review sentiment (100% vs 79%). What2WatchAI's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (38 vs 2). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
