Budgetory is a budget planner and expense tracker that shows where your money goes and how much you can still spend. Add an expense in a few taps, set a budget for the month and see what's left as you spend. Bills, subscriptions, card installments, savings goals and debts all have their place, so the end of the month holds no surprises. Spending and budgets • Add income and expenses on a simple keypad, in any of 15 currencies, converted at current exchange rates. • Set one budget for all your spending in a month, or budgets for single categories. Budgetory lets you know when an expense takes a budget past 80% or 100%. • Safe to spend: how much you can spend each day for the rest of the month once the bills still to come are paid, plus an estimate of your balance at the month's end. • Split one payment over several categories, such as a supermarket receipt with food and things for the home. • Add your own categories, each with a name and an icon. Receipt photos • Scan a receipt with the document scanner: it finds the edges and straightens the picture, and a long receipt can be scanned in parts. • Or choose photos you already have, up to 5 per transaction. • Open them full screen to zoom in, and filter your list down to the transactions with receipts. Bills, subscriptions and installments • Recurring transactions such as rent or salary are added for you on their days, weekly, monthly or yearly. • Get a reminder the day before, 3 days or a week before. • See what your subscriptions cost a month and a year, and which one renews next. • Credit card installments are added on your card's statement day, so your budgets count one installment a month. A reminder can come the day before the due day. Accounts and net worth • Add your cash, bank accounts, credit cards and savings with their balances. • Move money between accounts or pay off your card: transfers are neither income nor expenses. • See your net worth: your accounts together with your gold, foreign currency and debts. Goals, debts, gold and currency • Savings goals: save up for a trip, a car or a rainy day, and see how much to put aside each month to get there on time. • Debts: note money you lend or borrow and each payment back, with a reminder before the due date. • Gold & Currency: note gram gold, Turkish gold coins, silver or foreign currency, and see what it's worth today and what it has gained since you bought it. The bigger picture • Charts for any period from 7 days to all time, with totals, trend, daily average, savings rate and spending by category. • A monthly recap at the start of each month: income, spending, budgets, goals and highlights such as your biggest expense. Always at hand • Home screen widgets in small and medium sizes show what you can spend today; the medium one also has buttons to add an expense or income. • Touch and hold the app icon to add a new expense or income right away. • What the app last loaded stays visible without an internet connection. • Your data is kept with your account, so it's on your other devices too. Privacy • Lock Budgetory with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. It asks when you open the app and after a minute away. • Hide amounts with one tap: they show as dots on every screen and on the widget, and are left out of reminders. • Export your transactions as a CSV file whenever you like. Budgetory is available in English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish and Russian, with light and dark themes.

A kakeibo budget app and expense tracker for couples and households. See where your money goes, without giving any app your bank login. · Log an expense in seconds: type the amount, tag it, save. · See your week at a glance in four spending types, not fifty categories. · Track cash, bank, card and loan accounts in any currency, with historical exchange rates. · Stay on plan with monthly budgets, bill reminders and photo receipts. · Keep your data yours: CSV / JSON import and export. Delete the account from the bottom of Settings; you can cancel for 14 days. How it works 1. Type what you spent and hit save. No bank connection, no auto-categorization that gets it wrong. 2. Tag it with one tap: something you needed, something you wanted, something that feeds your mind or soul, or something you didn't see coming. 3. At the end of the week, see your pattern and decide what to change. That four-bucket method is called kakeibo (家計簿). Japanese households have used it since 1904. yen-yen puts it on your phone.
