# Subscription Tracker vs Recur

The clearest difference is ads: Subscription Tracker at none against Recur's shown. Recur's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.5). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Subscription Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Recur sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Subscription Tracker ships an update every 3 months, Recur every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
