# Vector vs Sync

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sync at every 2 weeks against Vector's every 6 weeks. Sync also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vector sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Sync sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Vector ships an update every 6 weeks, Sync every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
