# Beekeeping for Dummies® vs 3D Wizard

The clearest difference is ads: 3D Wizard at none against Beekeeping for Dummies®'s shown. 3D Wizard also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Beekeeping for Dummies® sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and 3D Wizard sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Beekeeping for Dummies® ships an update every 2 months, 3D Wizard every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 20, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
