# Nowhere Prophet vs Wild Cards

The clearest difference is ads: Nowhere Prophet at none against Wild Cards's shown. Nowhere Prophet also leads on review sentiment (77% vs 59%). Wild Cards's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (135 vs 39). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nowhere Prophet sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Wild Cards sells 23 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Wild Cards holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 39 and 135 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of Nowhere Prophet's written reviews are positive against 59% of Wild Cards's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Nowhere Prophet ships an update every 8 days, Wild Cards weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
