# Simple IPTV vs REX PLAY PLUS

The clearest difference is update cadence: REX PLAY PLUS at every 3 days against Simple IPTV's monthly. Simple IPTV's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Simple IPTV sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and REX PLAY PLUS sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Simple IPTV ships an update monthly, REX PLAY PLUS every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
