# Block Blast vs Bloom

The clearest difference is ads: Bloom at none against Block Blast's shown. Bloom also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Block Blast's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Bloom holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Block Blast has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
