# RF Coaching vs WilsonFit

The clearest difference is update cadence: WilsonFit at every 2 months against RF Coaching's every 5 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RF Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $250.00 per month and WilsonFit sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RF Coaching ships an update every 5 months, WilsonFit every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
