# RF Coaching vs Linear Coaching

The clearest difference is update cadence: Linear Coaching at every 2 days against RF Coaching's every 5 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RF Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $250.00 per month and Linear Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $199.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RF Coaching ships an update every 5 months, Linear Coaching every 2 days. Both last shipped on September 26, 2026.
