# Prove It vs Nutrient Wise

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Nutrient Wise at 100% against Prove It's 9%. Nutrient Wise also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.4) and ads (none vs shown). Prove It's advantage is ratings volume (16K vs 7) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Prove It sells 25 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Nutrient Wise sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
