# Prove It vs Nutri

The clearest difference is ads: Nutri at none against Prove It's shown. Prove It's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Prove It sells 25 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Nutri sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Prove It ships an update every 6 days, Nutri every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
