# Secure Folder vs Infinity Vaults

Secure Folder and Infinity Vaults both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Infinity Vaults's written reviews are positive against 40% of Secure Folder's. Infinity Vaults also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). Secure Folder's advantage is ratings volume (663 vs 8) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.6). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Secure Folder sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and Infinity Vaults sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Secure Folder against 4.5 for Infinity Vaults. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Secure Folder has 663 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 40% of Secure Folder's written reviews are positive against 100% of Infinity Vaults's.

Secure Folder ships an update every 2 months, Infinity Vaults weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
