# 4U VPN vs Neko

The clearest difference is rating: 4U VPN at 4.6 against Neko's 4.0. 4U VPN also leads on ratings volume (78 vs 1). Neko's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ads (none vs shown). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 4U VPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Neko asks for nothing beyond the download.

4U VPN holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 4U VPN has 78 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of 4U VPN's written reviews are positive against 100% of Neko's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
