# Sky vs 5000

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 5000 at none against Sky's 1. Sky's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sky sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. 5000 asks for nothing beyond the download.

Sky ships an update fortnightly, 5000 every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
