# Selection vs HIT Locker Training

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Selection at 18 against HIT Locker Training's 2. Selection also leads on device support (4 vs 2). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Selection against 5.0 for HIT Locker Training. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Selection has 18 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
