# Lesson vs InClass

The clearest difference is update cadence: InClass at every 3 weeks against Lesson's every 5 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lesson sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per year and InClass sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lesson ships an update every 5 months, InClass every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
