# ReSubs vs Subby

ReSubs and Subby both sit at 3.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 39% of ReSubs's written reviews are positive against 0% of Subby's. ReSubs also leads on ratings volume (37 vs 4). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ReSubs sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Subby sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Subby holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ReSubs has 37 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of ReSubs's written reviews are positive against 0% of Subby's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ReSubs ships an update weekly, Subby every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
