# DinoPals vs Lightning Sync

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Lightning Sync at 15.6 against DinoPals's 17.5. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DinoPals sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Lightning Sync sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
