# Quartet 3 vs LyricsFlow Pro

The clearest difference is price: LyricsFlow Pro at $3.99 against Quartet 3's $16.99. LyricsFlow Pro also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 5) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). Quartet 3's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (18 vs 1). On ads, chart position and device support there is nothing between them.

Quartet 3 costs $16.99 and LyricsFlow Pro $3.99 up front. Quartet 3 sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. LyricsFlow Pro asks for nothing beyond the download.

Quartet 3 holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Quartet 3 has 18 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 90% of Quartet 3's written reviews are positive against 100% of LyricsFlow Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Quartet 3 ships an update monthly, LyricsFlow Pro fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
