# FIDallas vs Al Manakeesh

The clearest difference is update cadence: Al Manakeesh at every 5 weeks against FIDallas's every 5 months. FIDallas's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FIDallas ships an update every 5 months, Al Manakeesh every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
