# Findy vs Tracking Device Detector

The clearest difference is ads: Findy at none against Tracking Device Detector's shown. Findy also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). Tracking Device Detector's advantage is ratings volume (150 vs 14). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Findy sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Tracking Device Detector sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Findy against 4.6 for Tracking Device Detector. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tracking Device Detector has 150 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two.
