# ComboMerge vs CONNECT BIRD

The clearest difference is ads: CONNECT BIRD at none against ComboMerge's shown. CONNECT BIRD also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). ComboMerge's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ComboMerge sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and CONNECT BIRD sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ComboMerge ships an update every 2 months, CONNECT BIRD fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
