# Shorty vs humanize

The clearest difference is device support: Shorty at 4 against humanize's 2. Shorty also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shorty sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and humanize sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
