The clearest difference is rating: Hard 75 at 5.0 against 75 Soft Challenge Tracker's 4.3. 75 Soft Challenge Tracker's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 75 Soft Challenge Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per 3 months and Hard 75 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
