# Ramble vs Slipfeed

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Slipfeed at none against Ramble's 8. Slipfeed also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 74%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). Ramble's advantage is ratings volume (1.3K vs 7). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ramble sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Slipfeed asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Ramble against 5.0 for Slipfeed. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ramble has 1.3K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 74% of Ramble's written reviews are positive against 100% of Slipfeed's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
