# ProoFIT vs Fasty

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fasty at every 3 days against ProoFIT's every 3 weeks. ProoFIT's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ProoFIT ships an update every 3 weeks, Fasty every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 2, 2026.
