# ProoFIT vs Noura

The clearest difference is update cadence: Noura at every 8 days against ProoFIT's every 3 weeks. ProoFIT's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ProoFIT ships an update every 3 weeks, Noura every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
