Bodly turns the data your iPhone and Apple Watch already collect into clear daily scores, so you can see how your body is doing. Meals, weight and progress photos live in the same place. DAILY SCORES Energy: how much you have left through the day, and what drained or recharged it. Strain: how hard your day and your workouts were on your body. Recovery: how ready you are for today, based on last night. Stress: how your body handled the day, hour by hour. Sleep: how long and how well you slept, with sleep stages. HEALTH MONITOR Resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), respiratory rate, blood oxygen, temperature and sleep, each compared with your own normal range, so you notice when something is off. BIOLOGICAL AGE AND TRAINING LOAD See how your habits add up over time: an estimate of your biological age with the factors behind it, and whether your recent training load is balanced. NUTRITION Take a photo of a meal to estimate its calories and nutrition. Save the meals you eat often, set nutrition goals and track water. BODY AND PROGRESS Log weight and body measurements, take progress photos and compare them side by side. Bodly calculates BMI, body fat, lean mass and BMR from your numbers. ONE TIMELINE Workouts, meals, weight, measurements, photos and sleep appear together in a daily timeline. Choose the metrics you want on your dashboard, set goals and get recaps of how you did. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Bodly reads your data from Apple Health with your permission. An Apple Watch is recommended for the daily scores. Some features require a Bodly Pro subscription. Bodly is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

About

Aspire

Features

Aspire is built for vape users — not retrofitted from a cigarette app. If you've ever tried a "quit smoking" app and felt the onboarding wasn't talking to you, this is different. We ask about your Elf Bar, your JUUL, your pod — not your cigarettes. We track puffs, not sticks. And we built our most important feature for the moment you actually need it most: the 90-second craving window where every quit app loses people. WHAT'S INSIDE • THE PANIC BUTTON — One big button on your home screen. When a craving hits, tap it. A 60-second 4-7-8 breathing exercise begins instantly. Or tap to see your reasons — the ones you wrote at onboarding, in your own words. • FIRST 72 HOURS MODE — The first 3 days are the hardest. During this window the app shows up differently: more attentive check-ins, hourly nudges, withdrawal-symptom education. After 72 hours, you graduate to maintenance mode automatically. • TRIGGER LOGGING — Tag what set off each craving (stress, after meal, social, driving…) and rate the intensity. After 2 weeks, the pattern map shows you your real triggers — and Premium predicts them 15 minutes before they hit. • YOUR REAL PROGRESS — Streak counter, money saved, puffs avoided, and a health-recovery timeline tracking what your body is actually repairing. Lock Screen widget, Home Screen widget, and Live Activity for the Dynamic Island. • PRIVACY BY DEFAULT — All your data lives on your iPhone. There's no Aspire server. Optional iCloud sync uses your private iCloud account only. Analytics and crash reporting are OFF by default. You decide. NON-JUDGMENTAL FROM DAY ONE We don't shame relapse. If you slip, you'll see "It happens. Most quitters take 5–7 tries. Your data isn't lost — it's a map." No red error screens. No broken-streak alarms. Just a warm reset and a path forward. PREMIUM Try Premium free for 7 days. Unlock: • Unlimited panic button uses • Full trigger pattern insights • Predictive notifications (after 2 weeks of data) • Live Activity / Dynamic Island streak counter • All advanced widgets Cancel anytime in Settings. A NOTE ON SAFETY Aspire is a personal support tool. It is not medical treatment. If you need clinical nicotine cessation support, talk to a healthcare provider or the FDA-approved Quitlines (1-800-QUIT-NOW in the US). Built by a small indie team. We don't sell your data. We don't have a community feed. We don't gamify your addiction. We just want to help. Verdict

The call

Bodly and Aspire are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.

Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS

CostPrice · In-app purchases · Ads · Monetization

Both are free to download. Bodly sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Aspire sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
