# Lexinote vs Acadex

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lexinote at every 2 days against Acadex's every 2 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lexinote sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Acadex sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lexinote ships an update every 2 days, Acadex every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
