# Weekstack vs The Calculator

The clearest difference is rating: The Calculator at 5.0 against Weekstack's 3.3. The Calculator also leads on iOS requirement (16.6 vs 18.2). Weekstack's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (27 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. The Calculator sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Weekstack asks for nothing beyond the download.

The Calculator holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Weekstack has 27 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Weekstack ships an update every 3 days, The Calculator every 6 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
