# Note.s Taking App vs BookSnippet

The clearest difference is ads: BookSnippet at none against Note.s Taking App's shown. Note.s Taking App's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Note.s Taking App sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and BookSnippet sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
