# Edinburgh Zoo vs BrickPal

The clearest difference is rating: BrickPal at 5.0 against Edinburgh Zoo's 4.7. BrickPal also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Edinburgh Zoo's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BrickPal holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Edinburgh Zoo has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
