TRACK WHAT MATTERS TO YOU Start with a template or create your own trackers across three areas: • Work: productivity, focus, time spent working, and more • Wellbeing: energy, mood, stress, and sleep quality • Habits: exercise, meditation, reading, coffee, and whatever else you’re curious about EXPLORE YOUR PATTERNS Look back at your entries through charts and calendar views. See how your answers vary over time and across different days and times. Use correlations to explore how your metrics move together, such as sleep and focus or exercise and mood.
