# SnapTag! vs Before After

The clearest difference is update cadence: Before After at every 8 days against SnapTag!'s every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SnapTag! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Before After sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SnapTag! ships an update every 2 months, Before After every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
