# Dicero! vs SmiteSource

Dicero! and SmiteSource both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of SmiteSource's written reviews are positive against 50% of Dicero!'s. SmiteSource also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 11) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). Dicero!'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (22K vs 8). On price, rating and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dicero! sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. SmiteSource asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Dicero! against 5.0 for SmiteSource. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dicero! has 22K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two.
